Organic fertilizer pipe for fertilizing and irrigation under the ground
During the three years project, experiments will conducted in production of sustainable, organic fertilizer pipes made up of naturally available material. The pipes constitute of seperated liquid manure. With the help of a seperator and extruder, a consistency of the pipes is to be produced that ensures a good supply of nutrients to the field crops throughout the entire vegetation period. Simultaneously, field trials are being carried out to be able to determine the availability of fertilizer and water. Yields are recorded in comparison to other cultivation systems. It is expectet to see that, no nutrient or water loss occurs in the pipes laid deep in the soil. The cross-section pattern of the pipes allows the use of no filtered water without the need of high pressure in the pipeline. The method allows us to achieve yields on degenerated land without having to fertilize the entire soil horizon. After the season te organic fertilizer pipes remain on the field as humus. Additionally , the biggest advantage of this method is to avoid the use of plastic on agricultural lands.
Technical development in organic pipeline production running to use different slurry-manure for pressing fluently now. The machine was developed by practical experience, digitalization of technical aspects are possible now. Electrical power in production line is reduced. Field trials are confirm that fertilizer is releasing in time of growth. Stability of pipeline is sure in wet condition and irrigation possibility is given in one growing season.
